Im sure like us you've been enjoying the warmer weather and longer days, its been lovely & cool with the added benefit of air conditioning in the salon. 

Team News - Harvie, Savannah & Sofia are all working towards N.V.Q level 3 and are growing in confidence and professionally developing their skills whilst building a portfolio of evidence towards the end point assessment. In addition to this Harvie recently attended a mens grooming course at Wahl UK and Sofia has now trained in the application of hair extensions. We have also had in salon training with Paul Mitchell for colour and updated our knowledge on the Awapuhi Wild Ginger Brand, with more education to come in October with GHD & Paul Mitchell, with styling models being required for these.    

Fundraising - This year we are raising money for a defibrillator, this will enable us to provide something in our community should the need arise to use one. In May the Community lifesavers came along to the salon & showed the team how they could help save a life by giving CPR & using a defibrillator. If you would like to donate we are collecting money in the salon and Savannah is going to be skydiving from 12000 feet! something she has been wanting to do for a while so please support her and help us fundraise towards a defibrillator.

Treatment Menu - We have recently updated our treatment menu giving you more choice on how you can look after your hair, choose from the following and book during August & receive 20% off your treatment.                                          Express Treatment - applied whilst having your hair cut allows the treatment to penetrate into the hair without taking any extra time.                                                                          

Shiatsu Massage - derived from Japanese therapy meaning finger pressure this massage gives you time to unwind close your eyes and enjoy a relaxing massage of your scalp, neck & shoulders. allow 45 minutes in addition to other services.                                                      

Tea Tree Experience - using a choice from the Tea Tree collection this sensory treatment is great for detoxing your scalp leaving it feeling refreshed and invigorated whilst adding moisture & nourishment to your hair, choose from Lavender mint, Lemon & sage or Original Australian Tea Tree. allow an additional 20 -30 minutes in addition to other services.                                                                                                                                          

Luxury Awapuhi Wild Ginger Treatment - for an extra special treat this two step Awaphui Intensive Treatment with Keratriplex perfect for reducing breakage and restoring shine ideal for chemically or mechanically damaged hair in need of strengthening or Hydratriplex which is great for dry thirsty hair restoring shine & manageability perfect if your hair is curly. Available as a duo or separately depending what your hair needs, also includes a shiatsu massage. allow 45 minutes in addition to other services.                  

Luxury Cut & Style - this takes place at the wash house and elevates your Cut & Style allowing you extra time at the basin where a treatment is applied followed by a mini scalp massage giving you time to relax whilst the treatment works on your hair. allow an additional 10 -15 mins.                                                                                                                    

Bond Building Treatments - a perfect addition to your colour service to help maintain your hairs strength and rebuild bonds that are broken through chemical services and daily brushing and styling can also be used alongside a blow dry or Cut & Style with a choice of K18 & Olaplex.

Using quality professional brands Paul Mitchell, GHD & K18 which are all vegan & cruelty free & have the best ingredients to help your hair look and feel better.
