Contactless Home Delivery During Covid-19

Contactless home delivery service is available in the Thanet area only in the following postcodes:

CT7 St Nicholas at Wade & Birchington including Acol
CT8 Westgate on Sea
CT9 Margate
CT10 Broadstairs
CT11 Ramsgate
CT12 Ramsgate, Minster, Monkton & Acol

The Contactless service will be provided with free delivery. Orders before 11am will where possible be delivered on the same day, orders received after this time will be delivered the next working day. All deliveries will be made Monday - Friday only.

Deliveries outside of Thanet will be considered on request by emailing to team@keithgrahamhairdressing.co.uk prior to orders being placed. These will be delivered using Royal Mail services with the cost of P&P added and may to take a few days to reach you.

Click & Collect

Orders for Click & Collect will be processed once received and ready for collection within 2 - 4 hours. Orders received after 4pm will be made available the next working day. Please bring a copy of you order confirmation as proof of purchase.

Postal Delivery

Postal Delivery can be arranged in the UK only. Items will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class signed for at a cost of £5.95. Orders received by 2pm will be sent out for delivery same day, orders received after 2pm will be packaged and sent out the following day.

Returns

You may only return an item which is faulty. Returns must be requested by emailing team@keithgrahamhairdressing.co.uk and received within 3 days of delivery, stating the reasons you wish to return the items.
