Buying online at Keith Graham Hairdressing could not be easier. Just browse our store, click on any items that you wish to purchase then select the size that you want and click the relevant Add To Basket button to place the item into your basket.
After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Payment can be made in pounds sterling using credit & debit card payments via our totally secure online facility provided by WorldPay. All prices include VAT at the current rate and P&P will be added to your order at the checkout.
Pricing and availability is subject to change without notice we reserve the right to withdraw an item from sale at any time.
Our delivery pricing is simple as all deliveries within the UK cost £4.95 no matter how big or small your order. The delivery charge will be added as soon as you go to the Checkout page of our site.
We offer a quick efficient delivery service by Royal mail 1st class post and aim for your delivery to reach you in 1 – 4 working days after your order is received. Whilst we carry all items shown on our website in stock, there may be occasions where items may be temporarily out of stock, we will advise you as soon as possible, and advise you of an alternative or send the item when it becomes available. Our aim is to dispatch in stock items on the same day or the next working day after receiving an order.
Orders are processed between Monday and Friday 9.00am – 4.00pm, excluding bank and public holidays. Items ordered at a weekend will be processed the following working day.
Please note that we can not be held responsible for items delayed due to unforeseen circumstances in the postal system as this is beyond our control.
We want you to be delighted with your purchases, as we aim to offer excellent quality, value and service at all times. You can return or exchange goods within 7 working days following delivery, as long as they are in the original packaging, have not been used and are in a re-saleable condition. When returning goods a copy of your paid invoice must be included, after we have established that the item is unused and undamaged we will refund the entire sales price excluding the original cost of delivery.
If you have received goods that are faulty or damaged in transit, contact us as soon as possible or within 3 working days of receipt of goods, stating your order number and in what way goods have been damaged. Return the items to the address below within 5 working days and we will re-dispatch the item or credit your account as appropriate.
